Meditation Schedules & Healing Sessions
The Pranic Healing & Meditation Centre welcomes you to our regular meditation and healing sessions. Each session is facilitated by a trained, associate or certified Pranic Healer. During these sessions you will learn very simple exercises to energize your body as well as some valuable breathing techniques to help acheive optimal health and mental clarity.
